BALANCE BETWEEN BEING AND KNOWING

DEEP UNDERSTANDING

El Ser y el Saber - La humanidad alrededor de un árbol de luz y estudiando ciencias.

There must be a perfect balance between Being and Knowing; if there is no perfect balance between Being and Knowing, then, quite simply, there is no Understanding

When Knowing is greater than Being, it originates intellectual confusion of every kind. If Being is greater than Knowing, it can lead to cases as serious as that of the “saintly fool.”

We need to understand Gnosis, but we must balance Being and Knowing. If Knowing is greater than Being, there is no balance; if Being is greater than Knowing, there is no balance either. Being and Knowing need to balance each other; only then does Understanding arise.

The Nature of Understanding

Understanding is very elastic; therefore, we need to delve deeper and deeper. What we understood one way today, we will understand better tomorrow.

Understanding is fundamental, but in the work of dissolving “psychic aggregates” (the Ego), it is not everything. It is urgent and unavoidable to become conscious of each “I” to separate it from our psyche—but that is not all. Something more is missing: Elimination.

The Path of Integration

It is vital to understand, and as we advance (auto-exploring all those parts of our Being), Understanding emerges more and more within us; that is obvious. Understanding takes us very far in our studies.

In any case, we struggle for the Integration of the Being; we want the disintegration of the Ego. Therefore, it is urgent to work deeply upon ourselves.

  1. Discovery: First, discover the defect we must disintegrate.
  2. Comprehension: Understand it through the Evident Reflection of the Being and deep meditation.
  3. Elimination: Once understood, one is prepared for its removal.

Reflection and Self-Observation

Thus, my dear brothers, it is necessary for you to reflect on all this: as long as one has not disintegrated the Ego, one is exposed to very serious errors: judging, hating, feeling desires for revenge, taking revenge, etc.

To understand others? Yes, it is indispensable. But how could we understand them if we do not understand ourselves?

When we feel that longing to live and feel the alliance with our Father… with our BEING, a more refined and superior emotion is created. It creates light, peace, harmony, and vibrations that increase the love for wisdom.

Knowing how to study the most important book (our life) is the first step to delving into ourselves and conducting an exhaustive examination of what we have in excess and what we lack.

Questioning oneself is magical when there are internal yearnings that make our hearts sparkle, leaving us thirsty for that wisdom offered by the Being… the divinity within us.

“May the light guide you and grant you peace and harmony.”
